Parcels will be sent in a pre-paid satchel with Australia Post and will have a tracking number.

Deliveries are next business day delivery to all addresses within the Australia Post delivery network. For more information on delivery times outside of this network you can check online at http://auspost.com.au/
Please make sure someone is at the address provided during business hours to ensure delivery. If there is no one at the address Australia Post will leave a collection card and your parcel and will need to be collected from your local post office.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service. Packages will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your signature will be required upon delivery. Please note: Orders are sent to the nominated address specified on your order form. We take no responsibility for incorrect address information resulting in a misplaced or lost item.
By placing an order at Hallmark Jewellers you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Hallmark Jewellers. Please plan, and take into account shipping time when planning special events, public holidays and calendar events like Xmas day to ensure your item/s arrive at a time that is suitable. We do not take responsibility for the itineraries of customers who have not allowed time for shipping once orders are placed. Please note: We do not have an option available to provide accelerated postage and shipping options should you wish to change the postage speed AT ANY TIME – one FREE postage rate and time applies as the standard procedure at all times as a binding agreement of purchase (returns at your cost as specified).
