Once it is ordered and posted to your nominated delivery address, there is nothing Hallmark can do to recover the item. If you have already received an order with a tracking number this cannot be changed.

All pre-owned jewellery that we sell is cleaned, polished, overhauled and fit for purpose before being on sold. We only offer a warranty if the goods received are not as described and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. Watches have a 60 day warranty on all parts (not including batteries). If the goods have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to change the product or the product has been dropped or broken the refund policy will not apply to the goods.
